On Tuesday 2nd February, Nigel Peirce played at the Orange Retail Awards at the Passenger Shed in Bristol. The theme for the evening was "Strictly Retail" and Nigel found himself sharing a stage with Anton Du Bec.

A lively bunch of 600 store managers enjoyed watching 12 of their colleagues dance with a professional dancer they had only a weeks training with.

The event was production managed by Ben Van Gruten complete with Megaphone and sense of humour. The technical was supplied by Technical Hire of Bristol, this included a 12K sound-system with a 6K Sub-Woofer directly behind Nigels head, after a few hours of playing, his head felt like cotton wool which was a disadvantage when it came to negotiating his fee for the later finish time due to everyone having such a good time!
